1. About these terms
RestoMate is operated by TotalBiz Systems (ACN 679 252 165) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of this website and to any RestoMate services you take up. Your specific subscription, pricing and inclusions are set out in the written quote or service agreement we provide to you, which takes precedence over these general terms if they differ.
2. Using this website
Information on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. Product specifications, feature descriptions and third-party product details are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Comparisons with other providers are based on publicly available information at the time of writing and are general in nature — always verify current details with the relevant vendor.
3. Quotes and pricing
We don't publish prices on this website. Pricing is quoted per venue in writing based on your terminals, screens, locations and requirements. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. No agreement exists until you accept a written quote.
4. Subscriptions
RestoMate is provided as a subscription. There are no lock-in contracts — you may cancel with the notice period set out in your agreement. On cancellation we will provide an export of your menu, sales and customer data on request. Subscriptions include software updates at no additional charge.
5. Hardware
Hardware is quoted separately from software subscriptions. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware as stated by each manufacturer, and we will assist you in making warranty claims. Hardware specifications shown on this website are supplied by the manufacturers and may change without notice. Availability and lead times are confirmed at the time of order.
6. Installation and support
Standard installation timeframes described on this website, including our 48-hour setup, apply to typical single-venue installations and are subject to site readiness, hardware availability and access to your premises. We will tell you upfront if your installation is likely to differ. Support is provided by phone as described in your agreement.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter into the system, for maintaining an adequate internet connection and power supply at your premises, for keeping login credentials secure, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including food safety, employment, payment surcharging and privacy obligations to your own customers.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, and terminals include an offline mode so your venue can keep trading through internet interruptions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages caused by your internet connection, power supply, third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
The RestoMate software, this website and its content remain our property or that of our licensors. Third-party brand names and product images shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always appears on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
